Quail Lake State Park, Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn outdoor amphitheater close by. This is a downstairs apt with a private entrance. Owners on site and live upstairs (please be aware of possible noise from a family living upstairs) Bedroom one has a king bed, closet, love seat, two nightstands, dresser, with usb and plugins, and extra vanity, this bedroom has a vanity in it and is connected to the full bathroom. Bedroom two, has an additional king bed, love seat, lots of space. Laundry/food service area includes small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, washer, dryer, and simple dining bar. Outdoor area includes private patio with sitting area, also has access to a basketball/pickle-ball court with equipment provided, this court has lights and can be used from 7am to 10pm.
