Nice upscaled hotel, but very small rooms
A very nice upscaled hotel, but very small rooms and not working friendly at all, No normal chair for working table. Bed and sofa / chair are very low and uncomfortable

Excellent experience
Clean. Loved having an excellent Italian restaurant in the same building, great buffet for breakfast and regular fare for lunch and dinner. Close to Incheon airport bus stop. Good parking lot.

신축이라 깨끗하고 위치도 적당히 좋구요 주차장도 지하로 여러층 있어서 괜찮습니다 조식은 도시락?처럼 빵종류를 프론트에서 받아가는 방식 입니다.

청소상태가 최악이였습니다. 담배값도 떨어져 있었구요. 과자 부스러기도 청소를 안하고 투숙객을 받는건 너무 시하네요

남자직원이 객실에 무단으로 침입함.
남자직원이 밤 10시 넘은 시간에 문을 따고 객실 내부로 들어왔습니다. 여자인데 투숙 내내 불안한 마음이었습니다. 로비에 내용 전달이 되었음에도 제가 말할 때까지 어떤 사과나 조치도 먼저 취하지 않았고 다음 방문 시 late checkout과 조식만 제공 가능하다네요.

청소상태만 불만족
스타즈 프리미어 동탄의 위치나 내부시설은 다 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 객실 침대에 누워 침대 머리쪽 벽면을 보고 깜짝 놀랐어요...어쩜 먼지가 그리도 많은지... 먼지가 쌓여 날리기 직전이더군요... 매번 닦을순 없어도 주기적으로는 좀 닦아주시길...
