Property is located in downtown Hyannis and is very convient. Close to many resturants and stores. However some strange noises in back alley road. Overall a good place.

Though it is a basic hotel - nothing fancy at all - it was super clean, comfortable and so convenient. We stayed for a weekend in late September. The weather was perfect and it was wonderful to have parking in the middle of Main Street with easy access to walk everywhere. So many great dining and shopping options within a few minutes walk. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable enough with great fluffy pillows. There was a fridge with freezer and a coffee maker (but there is a nice coffee and bagel place next door). The water pressure in the bathroom was great! If you are ok with a clean, basic room I highly recommend this place!

one night for concert

We have been here before for a concert at the Melody Tent. Check in is quick and easy, Owner is right at the front desk and a great guy. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel is right on Main St within walking distance of many great restaurants. Also connected to the Duck Inn bar. You can come back from the concert have a drink ( reasonable prices ) and walk back to your room. Great!!

I have stayed at the Cape Cod Inn several times. It is centrally located and affordable. It is clean, safe, and right in the middle of Hyannis.

Great location

Great location to catch ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. Free parking is a bonus. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
