Great Stay

My family and I had a great stay. The house was clean upon arrival. The location was great as it was 5 mins to the beach and 10 mins to downtown. I would recommend this house to anyone that is looking to stay in Hyannis.

Girls Trip

The house was as listed. We did have a problem with bathrooms fuse blowing. This was not fixed by the time we had to check out. Kitchen was great and location good.

Golf trip

We were blown away with the house . The place was spotless and the patio and fire pit was also used. The only difficulty we had was we couldn’t get into the key box . We never received the code and never called to get one

Strawberry Hill Haven

We had stayed at this property before and find it to be very comfortable, well equipped and a good location. The only problem we had was the key code we were given was wrong. We stood in the rain while we called to get the correct code and then once inside discovered the heat was set at 50 degrees. It was cold! 4 hours later, we hit 65 degrees. Everything else was fine.

Lovely older home, very clean, well stocked kitchen with appliances and spices. Comfortable beds, soft linens and towels. Good location...easy travel from one end of Cape Cod to the other. Suggestions: add TV to bedrooms, replace or repair downstairs bath showerhead, provide a notebook that includes information like day of garbage pickup... Upon arrival ours was already overflowing....I contacted Vacasa for information which was helpful. Most importantly..... Revove the broken bench at the front door....it gives a very bad first impression!!!!

Great property

Such a cute house! It was spotless and was a great central location for our first trip to explore the cape! Our family of four had plenty of space. Would highly recommend this property.

The house was spacious and cozy and beautifully decorated. The backyard was perfect for outdoor coffee, reading and lawn games in the evenings. Our family consists of three adults and two children and it was just enough space. We cook daily so the well stocked kitchen and bar supplied were awesome. The only draw back for us was the overwhelming amount of animal hair/fur. The posting clearly says the property is pet friendly, but we didn't expect that much. Additionally the Vacasa service left a lot to be desired. Not friendly, not responsive, not accommodating - however that is likely not a reflection on the house, nor the owners. Thank you for sharing your home with us; our family had a great time!

spring get away

The hose was very nice, spacious, vintage records a mice touch and beds were very comfortable. i chose this house for yhe outdoor shower and was very disappointd that the water was not tuened on.

Cape getaway

Home was lovely with lots of space. The only concern was the light fixtures and outlets in the home. It was difficult when turning switches on to have lights come on.

Noisy Neighbors

First off, the house was exactly as described. Had a bit of a musty smell and there is definitely a critter dwelling in the walls, however we never saw any sign of it in the actual house. The house was spacious and decorated well, felt like home, very comfortable. Outdoor space wasn't cleaned, there was mildew on the outdoor furniture, though we never did use the space due to the neighbors. Now we get to the neighbors, if you don't mind the ever present sound of loud bass music and horribly bad karaoke singing, this house is for you. The police were involved, many times throughout the first weekend of our stay, however, rather than having them arrested, which is what would've happened had we called again at 12:30am when the loud party still hadn't subsided, we opted to not cause issues for which there was likely to be retaliation and we had another 7 days of vacation left. Both neighbors behind the home and in front of the home play bass music at the same time or varying times throughout the day. Vacasa was EXTREMELY unhelpful. We did not feel safe enough to call the police again as the neighbors who had the loud party knew we were the ones that made the noise complaint, despite this and other Vascasa houses in the area being available, Vacasa did NOT move us or offer to refund us our money as "nothing was actually wrong with the property itself." So in review, if you don't mind constant, and we mean CONSTANT loud bass music all the time, this house should be avoided.
