Loved the view from our room, easy access to the lake and restaurants, room was nice and clean and roomy, was pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed our stay, the front of the property could use a make over which would make it more inviting, but all in all, it was a nice place for the price!

Old Broken Down Motel
A run down old motel and little more. The empty broken swimming pool in the parking lot tell the story - if you are looking for more than a bed and shower that are somewhat clean, look elsewhere.
My wife and I were in town for a Triathlon, so not much was needed but I would look to stay elsewhere next year.

Great location. 5 min walk to ferry to Nantucket and less than 15 mins walk to restaurants and shopping. Shower was the only thing I wasn’t a fan. The staff is amazing and very helpful.

We have stayed here several times in both the new and older buildings. Although not pretty on the outside; the older building has direct access to rooms without hallways.
