The location is wonderful and close to the beach, and the property is lovely, but the rooms are in need of refurbishing and updating. The owners were very attentive and accommodating. We hope to return if and when it’s renovated.

The room destination as for as the beach front was ok but the outside of the property was very nasty low maintenance dirty white towels was located on the ground of the property that goes in the rooms of the guest, furthermore the room was very musty smell and the bathroom was a pea size wasn’t enough room to change around inside. Don’t know about the staffing because no one was available to ask questions. Had to walk around back we’re there was no lighting to get inside the property and it was very nasty in the back clothes was hanging up on lounge chairs and dirty white towels was on the ground. I would not recommend this place if you don’t want the musty smell but the beach was walking distance.

Personally, I loved this place and wish I could have stayed longer. It's a genuine, Cape Cod antique. There are a lot of nice, time-worn features. I loved the yard area around the house - very relaxing and shady. There's also a surprising rooftop deck which affords a view of the harbor. Great access to town and beach.

I’ll start by saying the inn keeper was very nice and helpful (we requested to move rooms as the one we’d been assigned was not acceptable), but having said that… this property has so much potential but at its current condition is sub-par. The outdoor area has rusty chairs, overgrown weeds, animal droppings on the stairs to the rooftop patio, and is in dire need of an overhaul. The guest rooms, though quite spacious and well equipped with coffee maker, microwave, and kitchen essentials were over crowded with unnecessary furniture, lumpy pillows, uncomfortable mattresses, antiquated a/c units, and shower stalls that desperately needed updating. The location of this property is good, and the price is right, but probably is a reflection of the quality of the property.

Quick trip to Hyannis. First time visitor and loved the village. Arrived well before check-in and inquired about dropping bags off before I headed in to town. Inn owner was very kind to allow me to do just that. As a matter of fact, my room was ready, so I was able to secure my bags in my room. Met his sister and she provided further details and helped get the tv working. Room was clean and had everything necessary to rest in the evenings. The beach is a quick walk away. I enjoyed several long walks along the boardwalk, beach side. As a matter of fact, if you stroll far enough, you can view the Kennedy compound! If you are up for it, and the weather was dialed up just perfect during my stay, you can walk in to town. It's just under 2 miles, and enjoyable. Main Street is vibrant and full of shops and eateries. Highlights for me: Tap City Grille, Melody Tent. https://www.yachtleycrew.com was in town. What a treat that was! I had a blast. Making coffee in-room was a challenge. Sea Street Café for Coffee and breakfast! Anejo Mexican for Sunday brunch - loved it. The coffee infused tequila was great. Overall wonderful experience. Lovely hosts, and quaint, convenient Sea Breeze Inn. Thank you!
