The Park Hyderabad Hotel Stay
Everything was fine but the bathroom was wet. Also, we used the hotel's restaurant to dine in. The lamb biryani was cold. It looks like it was bulk-cooked and put in the fridge and not heated properly. When requested it was heard but still not piping hot. It has put me off Biriyani. My other concern is that the phone in our room was not working. When a call came it rang continuously and we couldn't answer it. We requested for it to be looked at, and people did come and do something to it but there were no changes.

A hotel in shambles. Not a 5 star
The hotel is in shambles - with a massive attempt to hold it together by a great staff. Clearly the owners / management haven’t invested a single rupee in its upkeep since it was built. Taps falling apart & leaking. Paint peeling, windows dirty … it’s for it all. It’s the cheapest *5 star - for a reason. Expect a three star hotel and all will be okay.

We enjoyed our stay at The Park hotel, especially the food served at the Verandah restaurant and the fine dining in Aish was a exquisite experience which we would thoroughly recommend every guest to experience. The front desk staff, and others we spoke with were all pleasant and courteous.

Nice Hotel in the Heart of Hyderabad
Check in was fast and easy, even at 5 am. The bed was comfortable and the room had a great view of the lake. It was quite noisy between the very loud, live music by the pool and the festival on the street below. The location is very convenient for walking around the Hussain Sagar Lake.

His professionalism and helpfulness were truly remarkable. The operator service at the hotel was also commendable. They were prompt and attentive, making it easy to access various hotel amenities and services with just a quick call. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa experience, and that was thanks to the talented masseuse, Melodia. Her expertise and skill in delivering a relaxing and rejuvenating massage were outstanding. It was a true oasis of tranquility, and I left feeling completely refreshed. The overall ambiance and cleanliness of the hotel were impressive. The rooms were well-maintained, offering a comfortable and stylish retreat after a day of exploring the city. I paid extra for lake view room. When checking in they did not mention that they don’t have no more lake view rooms and check me to the regular room. When I submitted the request no response from management. Front desk representative who was checking me in was terrible in communicating and rude behavior. Star hotel worse than OYO
It says it is a star hotel, but trust me you can find a better OYO than the hotel. The room was dirty, the bathtub had hair, the bed was uncomfortable, the walls were dirty with stains, the curtain was torn from the sides, the bed was torn from the side, and lastly what was the lowest point for me, the bathroom light was hanging free. Never returning here.

Unclean and poorly maintained rooms. The hall ways reeked of bad smells. Despite being a good looking property on the outside, it is poorly maintained and disappointing. The bedsheets were nasty with all kinds stains.

The check-in could have been better. Was asked to take a king bed for 2 people and it was informed to them that there was a specific request for a twin bed. The reply we got is hotel is fully booked and not available. Finally we got the room after a 10 min wait. Also the luggage was given up in the room after 3 reminders. Otherwise stay is comfortable

Terrible experience
Totally run down. The photos you see on the internet and the actual rooms have only 10% overlap. In a nutshell, everything is filthy - lobby, corridor, reception, rooms - I literally saw used alcohol bottles rolling in the fire exit stairs. The hotel is so poorly managed that they don’t even have masks to offer to guests who are in need. Please avoid at any cost!
