Charming and spacious studio of approximately 30sqm with terrace and parking in the residence. Located on the 2nd floor.

BATHROOM with toilet. LIVING ROOM: bay window opening onto the terrace, sofa bed + 2 single beds, dining area. Semi-open KITCHEN.

Free parking in the residence and pedestrian access to the sandy beach.

ACCOMMODATION: Maximum 4 people, NO PETS ALLOWED, Non-smoking rental.

Apartment amenities: washing machine, air conditioning, mini-oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, garden furniture.

Walking distance to Simone Berriau Beach.

To be paid on-site: security deposit (450 euros), tourist tax.

Possibility to rent bed linen: 20 euros for double beds and 12 euros for a single bed per change, 8 euros for a towel set.

Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning to be paid upon arrival: 60 euros.
