Studio furnished and well equipped on the second floor with elevator, in a gated and secure residence. A main room with a kitchenette, a large bathroom with bathtub, balcony with table and chairs. Equipment: large sofa bed for 2 people, a Mezzanine 1 person, television, counter with 2 stools, coffee table, fridge, kitchen utensils, gas complete with oven and microwave. Close to all sponsors.
Located 3 minutes walk from the shopping center, 5 minutes walk from the city center, 10 minutes by car from the train station, the port of Hyères and its golden islands (Porquerolles, Port-Cros and the island of Levant) and the airport and 3 km from the beaches.
