Located in the La Gavine Residence, this 23 m² studio with approximately 7 m² of east-facing terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and the harbour. It is perfectly arranged to accommodate 4 people, with a sofa bed for two and two boat-style bunk beds. The living room also includes a dining area, storage space and French windows opening onto the terrace.
The kitchenette is fully equipped and the bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. The furnished terrace allows you to enjoy the sun and the view to the full. A parking space is also available.
