The loggia offers additional space with garden furniture, ideal for outdoor dining. The secure and gated residence has a heated swimming pool (May to October), a paddling pool for children, as well as private parking available to its residents. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with free and unlimited Wi-Fi (fibre), dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave-grill, Nespresso, Sodastream... and a set of household utensils.
