"The accommodations were great even though we arrived later in the evening, everything was taken care of. I guess we just expected more of a conventional hotel situation with the reception desk, etc. but once I figured out the neighborhood, it was great coffee shop right down the street, Vatican City right there. I really enjoyed the stay."

"Lovely stay at Massimi city garden hotel. On check in the receptionist Vaseli (sorry if name incorrect) was so welcoming and very informative. He gave excellent directions around the city for us with it being our first time in Rome and also recommended a lovely restaurant for food. The hotel was clean, modern and the beds are very comfortable. Nothing was too much, free shuttle to metro was great and the breakfast is lovely! Would definitely recommend staying here, can not fault anything! "

"Very clean. The staff went above and beyond. They treated us like gold. Was nice how the staff always greeting with a smile and always there when you needed them. The food was exceptional. The location made it easy to get around. I walked to the colosium 2 times. I miss the breakfast with fresh juice and all the pastries."
