"The hotel itself is nice just dissapointed with the Residents Lounge which was an additional cost but was really very poor. The food never got replenished and seems like hotel policy to start late but finish on tome so it doenst have to provide food or drinks for the full duration We pointed this out at the tome and at reception when checking out and this was acknowledged as poornbut no offer made as gesture of good will Not great customer service "

The hotel is situared in the middle of a safe but indifferent area about a 15 mknute Uber away from typical visitor sites...so don't expect views if of the,Taj Mahal from your gdrolm"

"1⭐ Very disappointing and stressful experience I have stayed in over 1,0000 hotels worldwide, and this was one of the most inconvenient stays I’ve encountered. When I arrived after a long flight from the United States, I was informed that I could not check in because I am not an Indian citizen and do not have an Indian ID. This restriction was never mentioned during booking. I asked the hotel staff to help me find any solution or alternative, but they did nothing at all. No assistance, no effort, no responsibility. I lost more than two hours dealing with this situation late at night. To be fair, Hotels.com did process my refund, even though the booking was made on my phone. I appreciate that. However, when you travel long distances, sometimes you are willing to pay more just to have a peaceful night, not to be turned away and left to solve the problem alone. The location is also not good and not really Park Street as advertised. If you plan to stay in this area, I strongly recommend choosing any hotel directly on Park Street, which is far better, safer, and more convenient. This experience explains the poor reviews this hotel receives. I would not stay here again."

"The Astor is a nice hotel but there is NO ELEVATOR. The room on the second floor is a.lot.of steps. If you have mobility issues, a heart condition etc. do not book the Astor."

"Aauris is a centrally located hotel. That makes it a winner. They have tried to fit in a nice room into a small space. Facilities are good. Service is good too. Best for executives travelling to the center of the city on work. Can be ok for a couple. We chose it for 3 adults - a couple + (adult) daughter. Better to forewarn the room is v small for 3 people - hope this helps future travellers. "
