"easy check in, good information provided, very friendly staff with good English language speaking. Room was very clean and all items worked well. Shower was excellent. Minimal noise from other rooms and hallway which allowed a great few nights sleep. Ideally close enough to the old town centre and all walkable. "

"Pleasant stay Hotel staff were informative and polite Always on hand for anything needed or requested. The hotel is in a perfect location to enable perfect access to all the popular tourist spots. Hotel was clean,tidy,quiet and spacious. We opted for a balcony room which was a perfect suntrap in the 38 degrees we were experiencing. Breakfast was plentiful and a great variety to suit every appetite. Bed and pillows comfortable. Air conditioning was fabulous. Bathroom great Shower brilliant. Downstairs bar is a hidden gem and a new addition to the hotel A perfect finish to pur Romanian experience. "

"Great staff, perfect location, very nice amenities. We had a good time. Sometimes the AC was not sufficiently operational, but the reception staff offered to check & fix the problem, which they did. "

"The staff must be the most courteous I have experienced in over 40 years of travel. Very good amenities and excellent value for money. The location is very good and is at the northern border of the main tourist zone. There are no 711’s or supermarkets in close proximity, the nearest being 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The subway is also 10 minutes walk away."
