That didn't happen we were declined breakfast saying someone else put that online n they refused to hive it to us. “The hotel service was excellent- except that they didn’t know who Orbitz was and I couldn’t check in without paying again. SO I have paid double. I would like Orbitz to refund the room charges for this reservation since I had to pay again in person. The hotel did not receive any notification of my arrival and does not know how to get paid from Orbitz. So I need my money back. The actual stay at the hotel was very accommodating. Excellent service. Will return but will not use Orbitz”
