「The whole experience was unexpectedly disappointing. Internet is out of services for the whole stay (4 nights). The customer services asked me to contact to other WiFi (in other rooms) but no internet still. Then they mentioned that they would send a technician on the next day but that person never came. The room provides very limited cookwares & appliances - no pans, no kettle, no spatula, no boiling pot. The stove was so poor that it took 10mins+ to boil 250ml of water. Location is okay...

Única ressalva é que precisa de algumas manutenções, especialmente nos banheiros e nos elevadores (lentos e com frequentes problemas) 」
