「I am going to start by stating this hotel is no way near 5 stars. It either needs reclassifying as a 3.5-4 star hotel or Palladium Group need to completely refurb this hotel in the winter season. I had read the food was good at this hotel, I beg to differ. The buffet restaurant serves bland food & overcooked meat.
