The apartment is located in Ibiza's heart, with a fabulous terrace from where you can enjoy the view on the old town and harbour. You’ll find here a great variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops at your doorstep.

Situated on one of the city’s most beautiful streets, our one-bedroom apartment enjoys an extremely prestigious and convenient location in the bustling downtown.

Still in WFH mode? Fear not as you’ll find super fast fiber wifi, aircon and noise proof windows that will breeze you through those zoom calls.

And when you’re done with work, grab a quick drink in one of the local bars or take a 15min stroll to Botafoc Marina to get the night started. The Figueretas and Talamanca beaches are around 15min by foot.

  • Looking up to Dalt Vila (Ibiza Old Town) from the port. The Dalt Vila was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999 and it is absolutely stunning! Sensible shoes are a must and it is very much worth a visit if you are lucky enough to be on the beautiful island of Ibiza. This was my first visit to the island, May 2019 and it won’t be my last! The Spanish people are so friendly and welcoming and the weather was perfect ☀️ wonderful, chilled out atmosphere and not at all just a place to go clubbing, Ibiza is so much more than that! 🇪🇸
