“Check in experience is good as the staff is very responsible and speaks good English. The service is also flexible in providing early check in and late check out. Sea view room is very cool too. Housekeeping really brings the overall stay experience very mediocre, because: 1. the dishes and water glasses were not cleaned everyday. “When we arrived, we were surprised that there were two parts to the hotel that had us go across them down the street to get in. It was a very spacious room however we were greeted by a cockroach! The staff came immediately at removed it . We loved Jara restaurant downstairs in main hotel and the rooftop restaurant as well. The whole entire staff at The Standard were so nice and friendly. All this made us love the hotel ! I highly recommend staying there! Perfect location!!”
