Matryoahka was a convenient and easy place to stay in Ica. The rooms were a decent size, and the bathrooms were new and clean. The staff were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early after arriving on an overnight bus. It's not super close to the centre, but it is on the way to Huacachina, so for us that was more of a benefit.

He comprado por hotels.com con desayuno incluido y me han dicho que no estaban haciendo desayunos lo cual fue un engaño pues ese es un factor de desición al menos para mi. Es muy cerca de la estacion peru bus pero la ubicacion siento que no era la mejor un tanto alejado de todo. Hay un mall al que puede ir caminando pero está un poquito lejos. La habitacion es sencilla pero tiene lo que se necesita. La atención del personal es muy buena muy atentos.

En los feriados por semana santa mi familia y yo nos hospedamos en este hotel, excelente atención te hacen sentir como en en familia, la atención es muy cordial desde el ingreso hasta el momento q ya nos tuvimos que retirar. Mis felicitaciones a la Sra Flor y a su equipo que hace posible que sea un buen lugar para hospedarse con la familia. De hecho que volveré a hospedarme y lo recomendaré 😃😃

Simple

Simple and cheap but you shouldnt expect more from this place. In other places in Pery we have seen better for same price. Worst part was that the rooms dont have windows to outside so no fresh air when it is really hot. Rooms are small. Walls are thin so you hear everything in whole hostal. Also the doorbell rings quite loud.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious.

Lovely clean hotel, very friendly staff who arranger breakfast early for me one day when I left early for sandboarding. My room was cleaned everyday, hotel is near the shopping mall. My only complaint is after my room wad cleaned the windows were left wide open which meant lots of insects would fly in, the room could do with a fan. Would stay here again if in Ica. Very friendly and safe.

Hotel normal a una suma no tan módica

El hotel es normal, está limpio y no tan cerca del centro. El chico que atiende tiene una actitud de seriedad que te hace sentir incómodo. La señora que atiende es muy amable al igual que el señor. El precio es alto en comparación con sus instalaciones podría ser 10 dólares más barato.

Hay cosas que mejorar.

Estuvo regular, puede mejorar, se necesita una muchísima mejor atención en la recepción, a veces no había nadie y uno tenía que esperar a que alguien saliera; la puerta del Hotel siempre esta cerrada y eso también incomoda un poco. Los puntos buenos fueron que la Habitación estuvo muy limpia; sin embargo, durante los dos días que estuve allí, nadie entro a limpiarla, como repito, falta mejorar la atención del personal.
