Excellent property

My 50th birthday party was the weekend I rented this house. The house was sort of the "hub" for others who also rented other cabins in the area. The property and house was perfectly accommodating for everyone. I strongly recommend booking this property for a large group - it was an incredible time and this house played a significant role in making everyone comfortable.

Wow! We loved this place. We would come back Everyone in the family had a wonderful time and plenty of space. We cooked, hot tubbed, used fire pit, played pool and all the other games in the game room. Thank-you for the beautiful memory.

We had an amazing time at this cabin. It was perfect for large families. Loved fishing in the pond.

We had an amazing time at this cabin. It was perfect for large families. Loved fishing in the pond out front and creek out back. We caught over 30 fish in just 2 days. The teens, kids, and adults all loved playing in the game room. The decor was beautiful and the kitchen had upscale appliances and cookware. The little kids loved the play set. Highly recommended. Will come back again.

The Perfect Home for Large Group

We chose this property as a staff retreat for our team and their families. The kids loved the outdoor space and game room. We loved knowing the kids were free to play inside and outside. We also loved the comfy beds, practical furnishings, number of throw blanks for curling up at one of the two fireplaces, and the neighborhood. Being across the street from the pond was convenient. And there are a bunch of fun things to check out less than a mile from the home. It's also very close to the entrance to Beaver's Bend State Park. We went fishing, hiking and exploring. It was so nice to have some common conveniences like plenty of towels, beach towels, games, hair dryers, etc. We appreciated not having to pack those. The laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers and half bath was a life saver. The outdoor furniture was comfy! We spend a lot of time out there and in the hot tubs. When our kiddos caused a funny smell in the hot tubs, the property managers promptly send someone out to clean up the ph issue. When shopping locally, get your groceries at Pruit's. Wal-mart in Broken Bow isn't a standard Wal-mart; it's crammed full of stuff but there isn't any fresh food. Also note: turn off the downstairs fireplace a couple hours before everyone goes to bed. Otherwise, the upstairs thermostat thinks it's warmer than it is and doesn't heat the upstairs bedrooms as well. Things that would have made our stay even more pleasant is a second full-sized fridge. It didn't really fit the food we needed for 25 people. And a pantry would be nice to keep the dry food off the counter. Overall, we absolutely loved this home. We highly recommend it!

The place was just as pictured: beautiful, clean, and comfortable! Large enough where our large group could gather in one place or disperse around the property as needed. The management and contacts were so helpful in answering questions and providing information. We couldn’t thank u enough! Just GORGEOUS. Everything. EVERYTHING! We never left the cabin hahaha. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

It was a great property for our mother/son weekend getaway. Everything we needed, and more, to entertain our group of teens and adults. Beautiful, clean, and easy access to town when extra groceries were needed. We loved everything about our stay!
