Was fine. Clean, but the tv sound was very off and couldnt be adjusted. Could hear the office phone ringing through the night - walls very thin. Poorly lit room, not enough lighting. Office staff that checked us in was nice.

We were there for a funeral, so we didn’t pay much attention to the room to be honest. Our stay at this hotel wasn’t great, but it wasn’t bad either. We would stay again though.

I honestly ended up not staying here, but my brother and sister-in-law ended up deciding that we could make it work that I stayed with them instead. I did try to send a message to the property through the app, but never heard back from them, and was honestly not sure if I should have called them. The cost of the stay also was rather expensive for me (hence why my brother and sister-in-law let me stay with them), but my change of plans was after the original check in time, and apparently that meant I couldn’t make changes on my own on my end, which was rather irritating, especially since my plans changed so last minute.

The freezer part of the fridge doesnt freeze. The shower could have been cleaner. Its right next to a gas station, arbys, and wendys. Hated paying $100 for that room. Should have been less.

The young lady at the desk was polite, friendly when I came to her about an issue with the TV. She wasn’t very knowledgeable, but that’s understandable but she was quick to see if we wanted another room with a TV that worked.

Staff was very friendly. We went in knowing it was a discount hotel chain and it went above our expectations. It wasn’t the most comfortable bed and pillow, but it was perfect for just a place to sleep!
