"This hotel has one of the best locations on the lake with such excellent viewing platforms of Mount Fuji through their windows on one side and the beautiful lake on the other side. The absolute great bonus was that we had dinner included in our stay, and the hotel Smorgasboard and have to say it was second to none , particularly the fresh Japanese style sashimi etc with their salmon, tuna, fresh fish, etc.. In finishing , would give this hotel stay 12 out of 10."

"Room was clean and up to standards but the steps from the bathroom hurt my husband’s heels and mine too when we were going to the bathroom at night. People are nice though especially at receptionist"

The hotel is also within a comfortable 15-minute walk to the train station, and for those arriving by car, parking is plentiful. The room size, while compact, is reasonable for the price.
