「I'm connected to another apartment. The blinds in my child's room don't block the light well. The balcony light of the neighboring house is very bright and the light shines in, making it impossible for my child to fall asleep.」

「It was a wonderful one night solo trip. The off site room I got was not at Idyllwild inn but about a 5 min drive up the road at the strawberry creek inn which was actually really pretty. Although the idyllwild inn is right in the downtown area so walkable to shops, the strawberry creek inn felt safe, clean, and was next to a little creek to explore with a path. 「We’ve stayed at Bluebird many times and always love coming back. The location is beautiful, the staff are friendly, and the hotel is generally clean and welcoming.
Our only concern during this stay was finding pet hair throughout the bedding. We appreciate that the hotel is pet-friendly, but we still expect the bed to be thoroughly cleaned and free of hair from previous guests’ pets. Traveling with our young baby made this especially concerning and uncomfortable.
We love this hotel and hope...
