Cheap room and greet breakfast

The pros: great, friendly staff, good breakfast for the price, bed is comfy, family room really well set out (two singles up on a mezzanine for the kids), right next to a massive supermarket, fairly cheap, easy to get to. The cons: a bit tired, mould on the curtains and bathroom, holes in towels, right next to dual carriageway and very hot rooms

Soundproofing between the rooms was very poor - conversation, TV and toilet flush easily audible, as well as footsteps and bed noises (!) overhead. Small outside dining area was dominated by smokers and therefore unusable by others at breakfast time. The only place to eat was a squalid pizza restaurant next door. Many guests brought their own pillows but mine were acceptable.

Dear Expedia Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at [Hotel Name], which I booked through your platform. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. During our stay, the weather was extremely hot, and the hotel rooms did not have air conditioning. Although a fan was provided in our room, it was broken, making the situation unbearable. When I informed the only staff member on duty, she mentioned that she couldn't replace or fix the fan until the next day. However, we were scheduled to check out the following morning, so this did nothing to alleviate the discomfort we faced. The heat in the room was so intense that we couldn’t sleep at all. Other guests around us were also struggling, with many leaving their doors open to try and get some airflow into their rooms. It was clear that many were unhappy with the situation, and some even mentioned that they would also be filing complaints. Our night was so uncomfortable that we ended up sleeping on the ferry during our travels the next day because we were completely exhausted. This made our overall experience very inconvenient and frustrating. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as the lack of comfort and service significantly impacted our stay. Thank you for your attention

À éviter !!

1 nuit passée dans cet hôtel et plus jamais !! Hôtel situé au bord de l’autoroute, très très très bruyant, impossible de dormir, maux de tête après nuit blanche !! Le ménage laisse à désirer, de la poussière partout et le tapis de l’entrée de la chambre non aspiré depuis plusieurs mois !! Aucun point positif, même les draps tout froissés ne semblaient pas être propres !! Nous sommes partis à l’aube, 90 euros la nuit une honte ! Passez votre chemin !!

Gros problème au moment de couloir récupérer notre chambre sur la borne. Javais effectué une modification de sejour que le groupe expédia (dont vous faites parti) na pas transmis a l'hôtel! Me voila donc a plus de 21h30 a devoir demander de l'aide a la borne secours et devoir finalement acheter de nouveau 1 chambre! Heureusement la responsable de l'hôtel m'a remboursé le lendemain. Je ne comprends pas quon puisse effectuer des modifications sur nos voyages sur le site mais que les informations ne soient pas transmises.
