“My gamily spent the Christmas holiday here and it was beautiful. We had a fabulous time and the prooerty was oerfect for us. The owners were very responsive to us and we amazing to communicate with.”

“We loved being hidden in the trees. The cabin is cute and cozy but reevaluate we spent a good amount of time just in the trees. It’s at the top of the neighborhood If you walk further up the mountain you just get deeper into the trees. Hosts were responsive and gave good advice, we had a 4 cylinder car so we probably would have gotten stuck if a storm had hit so that might be something to keep in mind in the winter. And it’s about 30 min to get to downtown Durango but it’s a beautiful drive and……

The services of cafe and store were excellent. Heads up, drive down to cabin is steep. Recommend SUV and AWD. We would stay again.”

One daughter stated it was by far the best VRBO she had been in…clean and lovely with excellent decor, comfy beds, beautifully folded towels, plenty of extras for our large group. The view was awesome, especially since it was snowing. It was like being in a Hallmark Christmas movie, according to another daughter. Needless to say, we’d stay there again. Thank you Kyle……

“We often have trouble finding places with enough bed space when traveling, not here, sore than enough room, all in comfortable beds. All TV’s and appliance clean and working, including BbQ grill on patio. The property is about 10 mins. from Durango and shopping, but we found that a plus. Quiet property on ranch land and we watched deer grazing in the pastures around us while we enjoyed the hot tub. Game room is a plus especially with teens along. We would definitely stay again.”

The listing online mentions all of these things that we’re not available to us: -Gift upon arrival -Champagne service -Mountain View (hill view above hot springs is not the same) -Black out drapes (no way to block afternoon sun or evening moon and street lights on main window) -Dining table (no table provided inside) -Coffee/Tea (there was no tea on offer) -Outdoor pool access (no pool) They advertise this property……
