"Overall, the property was good. We are a bit older and there were a number of stairs we had to climb that was a bit of a choir with luggage, groceries, leaving and coming back to the property. The hot tub was nice but again the stairs were a challenge plus a bit icy with the colder weather. All in all, we'd recommend for younger people or maybe a disclaimer about the number of stairs one has to climb to access the property would be helpful. "

"The property was just as advertised. The condo unit is wonderfully decorated, comfy and well stocked and organized with everything we needed. We sat every evening on the porch overlooking the mountains and the pool, hot tub area. The hot tub was amazing after averaging 8-10 miles of hiking each day. We rented E-bikes for a day and biked the river trail and stopped by a few breweries. Durango did not disappoint. Downtown Durango was a fun adventure each night. Can’t wait to come back."

"We stayed here for 2 nights and chose this place because it was just across the road from the Hot Springs. PRO’s: - Walking distance from Hot Springs - Very clean and modern accommodations - Roof top deck with mountain views, outdoor table CONs: -Had a few issues with a/c and heating unit. Remote control was not responsive and so had to be controlled by host remotely - thankfully she was very responsive.
