“I enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient were the lack of sidewalks, leading away from the facility. I was required to rent a car in order to navigate around the Santa Severa area. “My first time to Italy, arrived from cruise port. I have no idea about geographic location of either the port, the hotel or even Rome. Turn out it is about 20 min from the port and 45 min from Rome. Hotel staffs are friendly and arranged taxi transportation from the port to the hotel. Hotel is next to the beach with private deck for Sun bathing. We spent a few afternoon at the bar enjoying my drink and ocean breeze. A perfect place for relaxation. ”

“The hotel was nice and well maintained. The beach was lovely (albeit stoney). I would give mixed reviews to the staff: a night clerk messed up a taxi reservation to the train station, which could have led me to miss a flight from Rome, but thankfully another clerk went above and beyond expectations to rectify the problem (kudos to the curly-haired clerk with his arm in a cast!). ”
