「The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I arrived early and they were able to let me into my room ahead of time. The room was perfect, clean and very quiet! Location was great, as it’s only 5 mins from the train but easy to walk to all major sites. 」

「Everyone was real nice. We struggled with transportation, but our front desk called taxis for us for 30 minutes before finally finding one. No one was accepting my uber ride. This might have been a random occurrence because it was Sunday and the country was on holidays. We left before breakfast due to our flight time. They prepared take away snacks for us. Very thoughtful. The free bikes were great also.」

「This is a good location hotel. I took only 10mins to walk from the Treviso Station to this hotel. The staff is very helpful. It is a small family business hotel. But the service is very good. The owner has told me the best restaurants in town.」

We have pictures and videos of our check-in and Expedia and owner refuse refund or credit! Inmense amount of mold in washing machine and smelled terrible! Dirty dishes left in the dish washer.
