“Property is showing signs of wear and tear,you have to do a full inventory upon arrival ( parsol was blown over upon our arrival so we placed it under the shelter and didn’t use it during our stay we have been charged €70 for this ?) the outside area was terrible pool was disgusting the neighbours have a chicken coop at the side which didn’t impact noise wise too much the smell definitely did, it’s not as rural or quiet as the previous reviews stated the property description states access from……

“Villa was a nice size No access via the front door, only through a side patio door. Villa is looking worn and tired, water stains in the toilets, yellowing in the fridge, what looks to be bedroom drawer units in the kitchen. no path to access villa from parking area which means that when the sprinklers go off you are always walking through wet grass to get to the villa. Pools looking tired with lots of missing tiles. Description should say that it is very rural, the road does not really even……

“La maison est très spacieuse, le jardin également avec différentes orientations pour profiter de l'ombre ou du soleil.La cuisine est très bien équipée.L'unique réserve est sur l'état de la plomberie qui laisse beaucoup à désirer (robinetterie défectueuse, pommes de douche bouchées, wc à l'évacuation problématique...) et sur l'isolation des portes et fenêtres qui rendent la maison difficilement "chauffable" en hiver. ”

“We all really enjoyed our stay and we were sad to leave such a lovely house. Hope to be back next year. many thanks to the owners for allowing the enjoy their lovely House. It is very centrally situated with just 30 mins drives or less to Olhao, Faro and Tavira - the supermarket pingo doce is 3 minutes drive down the road. We were spoilt for choice for the beaches and restaurantes in the area. All in all a fabulous family stay which we much needed.”

“Villa is well appointed, in a quiet area, close to local supermarket, restaurants and beach. Villa is very well equipped, with everything needed for our stay. Great space both indoors and outside. Attention to detail, loose toilet seats and toilet roll holders, could be corrected before rental.”
