Modern and bright T2 apartment with wraparound terraces accessed from every room. The building is beachfront and the apartment has views of both the beach and the bay.

90 m2 (970 ft2) - the apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a new king size bed and has ensuite bathroom equipped with a bath tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower. The 24m2 of balconies have direct views of Ria and 2 minutes from the beach.

BRAND NEW cozy full equiped apartment, with nice areas including 2 bedrooms & 2 complete bathrooms. Nice view to Aveiro's Ria, one step away from a lovable playground and garden. Placed in the most exclusive neighborhood of Praia da Barra

Very spacious flat in all aspects. Check-in was very easy and all questions have been answered. The flat is very close to the beach, just one street to cross. An elevator brings you right to the third floor and down to underground parking. The beds very comfortable, best ever inside a rented flat. And all the kitchen equipment that was provided, great!

Our second visit to this apartment in a beautiful beach area. The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and well managed by David and his sister Marie-Noelle.
