“We stayed here for my 12 year old son's Cooperstown Dreams baseball tournament. It was a great house! The bedroom downstairs was perfect for my 70 year old parents, and another large bed upstairs was perfect for us, and one more bedroom for the kids. The office was great, so I could work while I was there. Love that the owners renovated the house while maintaining authenticity, including the quirks, of the nearly 200 year old house. So perfect!”

“We felt so welcome here between the hosts and the feel of the house itself. We were visiting family for the holidays and it was nice to have a quiet and comfortable place to call home for a week. Everything was clean and the hosts really thought of everything you may need. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again. ”

“As advertised but even better! We stayed here for a Cooperstown tournament. 3 adults. Our son also spent a night and loved it. If you are staying for baseball do make sure you check if your tournament is actually in Cooperstown cause ours was in Oneota. This made the drive longer (about 50 minutes instead of 30) Didn't matter to us because the place itself was so unique and cool. It was clean and cozy. The caboose was awesome. While there is not a bathroom in the caboose it is not a big……

“We absolutely loved the cabin and had a wonderful time as a family fishing and sitting around at the fire pit at night. Such a beautiful place! Brad was a great host! He provided fishing poles and multiple loads of firewood for the fire pit! Short distance to Cooperstown Dreams Park and provided a quiet getaway from the ball field. My grown adult boys absolutely loved fishing in the pond and actually catching fish! Would definitely stay again! ”

“Leaping Waters was the perfect spot for our family to reconnect and celebrate with our Remsen graduate. Our family enjoyed hours of backyard fun with a bar-b-que and smores by the fire. We had a wild tubing adventure during our stay and enjoyed some quiet fishing by the waters.It was a perfect spot to relax, rest and create new memories with relatives. ”
