「Great hotel!」

「Incredible family owned business. This place is a hidden gem in San Antonio! The staff is excellent and always available. Rooms are cleaned throughly. They have a sister property cafe and the food could have a Michelin star. Especially for the price, you cannot ask for anything better. They have a happy hour from 5-7 and it is the best deal in town. Sara, our bartender one night, was exceptional and they all are fluent in both Spanish and English. 「My only complaint would be related to bed availability and being assigned a two twin beds during a wedding anniversary trip with my spouse, despite messaging the hotel in advance. The hotel said it was a high occupancy day hence the lack of bed availability. However, I do want to commend the hotel for having courteous staff and for accommodating travelers in allowing luggage storage before the room was available and afterwards. 「Really nice hotel which is in a great location just away from all the bustle of the shops and restaurants but also very close to walk to. The hotel has nice spacious rooms and the plunge pool is a good spot to relax on a hot afternoon. Breakfast and other food options at the hotel are great and the onsite team very friendly and professional.」
