「Overall, the front desk staff were not very welcoming or helpful or interested in greeting or answering questions or giving information about the hotel. We had to kind of figure things out by ourselves. Looking closely at the room, decor, and the dead bugs in the window and the decor and the restaurant you get a cheaper vibe for the enormous price you pay for this place. Our worst experience was The Edge restaurant. Very overpriced and disappointing for what is marketed as a high-end dining...

「This was such a perfect place to stay and I'll definitely stay here whenever going to Chicago. It was close enough to downtown to make it easy to access, but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. The staff were all friendly and kind, the room was beautiful, the bed was very comfy, and the whole place had such a fun vibe and great decor. Breakfast was tasty and the menu options felt like something you'd order at your favorite fancy brunch spot, with fruit and pastries to round it...
