We have stayed here three times now and on our last trip we did have a few issues but the staff went above and beyond to make things right. This will always be our go to place in Long Beach!! "It was a good spot to book for a quick mini get away. I checked in late around 10pm but then we got a noise complaint literally in less than 5 min of entering the room due to the downstairs people complaining of noise and I guess we woke their baby up. I got a call from the staff they were giving me a warning. That did make me feel a certain way because if you choose to stay in a hotel expect noise obviously not super loud but it’s a hotel with thin walls what do you expect? That was my only complaint. I just felt like they cared more about the people downstairs. I paid money too."
