Decent hotel by the airport but outside of Munich. Biggest complaint is the internet/wifi was horrible and wasn’t connecting. When I went down to the front desk to ask for help, the woman was extremely rude and dismissive. She said that because the hotel was fully booked, that’s probably why the internet wasn’t working and I would have to deal with it. When the Internet did finally work, they have strict parental controls on the WiFi. I was trying to watch YouTube podcast and then tried Netflix (nothing inappropriate) and most of the videos or shows weren’t showing up. But if I used data from my phone it worked just fine. Everything else was adequate but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Loved the room and beautiful balcony! Breakfast was delicious! Close to downtown for restaurants. Beds were super comfortable. Would stay there again!

OK hotel, good facilities, decent breakfast, but indifferent staff, queues during check-in and checkout (they do send you an online check-in form, but you still need to wait in the queue for a key). All in all does the job for a 2-day business trip.

Wir wurden bei Schlüsselübergabe über Mängel aufmerksam gemacht welche zu Beginn nicht so schlimm waren. Jedoch war die Sauberkeit unterirdisch. Handy for Hbf, supermarket, eateries & mall. Room was spotless, spacious, with everything you needed. Healthy, fresh & filling breakfast in large breakfast room. I'd use this hotel chain again.
