"景色は抜群に良いところです。ただ、施設の中の掃除が行き届いていなく、オーブンやホットプレートが置いてある棚は埃だらけでした。 施設の解説がネット上であまりなかったので、よく分からず、2人で利用しましたが、どうやら大人数で利用する施設だったようです。スリッパや外履きサンダルが10人分くらい玄関口に置いてあるのを見て気づきました。 もう少しサイトに詳しい情報（冷蔵庫に食材を入れてくれるとか、調味料は何がある、サランラップやホイルはない、菜箸はないので持参を！等）が予約前に分かると良かったと思います。 この宿泊施設は電話で直接オーナーと話せるわけではないので、よく分からないまま行くといった感じで、不安を感じる部分があります。エアビーのようにオーナーと話せると良いと思いました。"

"It was nice location, very near from a tram/bus station and city center of Dogo and Matsuyama. There are some supermarkets, onsens and post office in 15-minutes walk. "Our experience pre and during our stay was excellent. From booking our luggage and bike package to delivering our bikes, and helping us to organise dinner options, taxis, and change of last minute cycle plans when the weather turned inclement, it was all handled professionally and we felt very well looked after. To say that the staff are helpful, friendly and efficient is an understatement. They made our stay here memorable. The accommodation was well designed with great views across the water. Nice touch that they provide pyjamas, indoor and outdoor slippers and washing machine and drier facilities. Would definitely recommend."
