“Excellent séjour. L'équipe est très sympathique, et le petit-déjeuner + repas délicieux. Seul regret : j'aurais aimé savoir avant de réserver que la salle de bain des chambres de la catégorie "classiques" est bien privée, mais nécessite de traverser le couloir. Je pense néanmoins qu'il s'agit d'un oubli de bonne foi en configurant l'annonce sur EXPEDIA. Le séjour est resté très agréable et confortable, merci à tous.”

“The room wasn’t ready at the checking time. The mold was everywhere in the bathroom. No AC in the room, WiFI signal is extremely weak that TV goes off due to the lack of signal, closet shelves are broken, no table or desks where you can put your clothes, no shampoo and soap in the shower. An awful smell all over the room especially the bathroom. No welcoming staff. Coffee mashing was pouring water.”

“WARNING: DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL We had booked 3 nights and got a confirmation from Hotels.com. The payment was withdrawn from our account. When we arrived, no one were at the riad. A neighbour contacted the owner who told us, that the riad was sold half a year ago. The new owner didn’t know anything about our reservation and furthermore that he didn’t cooperate with Hotels.com. So we had to find another hotel. When we contacted Hotels.com to have our money back, they claimed that the booking was……

“We loved the idea of staying in the mountains however, the property did not mention vital information like; there is no transport facilities at all, you have to hire a taxi through their tour company which charges 80€ each way to airport/Marrakesh. Also, we were told by Expedia that we’d have shared bathroom with another room however, there is 3 other rooms and whilst we were there, there was at least another 6 guests. No sink in the bathroom so we had to brush our teeth in the only sink in……
