There is no parking around the property—only street parking. When we got there we were told that the elevator was broken and we were not offered any help with our bags—I have lung issues from Covid so hauling a suitcase up 5 flights was not great. There were minimal lights on the stairs so that was a safety issue also. When we got to our room it was between 85-90 degrees because the air conditioning had not been turned on prior to our arrival and the window in the room was just cracked open, so it was unbearable to sleep in. The bathroom window never shut no matter what we did. The bathroom sink had brown water in it. We were thankful we only were staying one night.

As fotos não condizem com a realidade. Hotel MUITO antigo, manutenção ZERO. Obsoleto ao extremo. Porém.... funcionários EXTREMAMENTE GENTIS, não sabem o que fazer para agradar, absolutamente gentis, melhor que muito 5 estrelas. Preço obviamente baixo, mas achar barata no quarto foi sacanagem. Localização excelente! Uma pena o estado de conservação do hotel.

Hotel 3 estrelas?

O hotel divulga ser 3 estrelas, mas oferece papel higiênico folha simples, toalhas finas e duras, cama de molas porém muito moles, devem estar desgastadas. A válvula de descarga do banheiro estava com problemas. Enfim, no apartamento 210, a experiência não foi de um hotel 3 estrelas.

Um hotel muito antigo, bem no centro de Imperatriz. Para uma estadia de passagem é tranquilo, porém se precisar trabalhar a internet cai muito e tem muito barulho por ser avenida principal. Não gostei do café da manhã pq colocavam comidas velhas. Poderia ter menos opção e comida mais nova. Ainda, a manta da cama tava com cheiro de perfume e parecia que não tava lavada, mas trocaram na hora quando pedi. O que salvou os dois dias que fiquei foi o atendimento, as mulher da recepção e da gerência sempre muito solícitas e atenciosas.

Não é o melhor, precisam de uma limpeza bem dada. E zelar melhor das roupas de cama e toalhas, pois estavam desbotadas de água sanitária. E o quarto estava um pouco sujo.

Recepcionista mal preparada

A recepcionista do turno do dia muito mal preparada, mentiu falando que não podia incluir um hóspede adicional sendo que depois li no cartão de visita do hotel que uma visita poderia ficar 20min no quarto sem valor adicional ou após esse tempo pagar o valor adicional… por causa do mal preparo dela minha irmã não pode nem tomar um banho no quarto onde estava hospedada, já fiquei em hotéis no Brasil e exterior e sempre deixavam visitas entrar, recepcionista do turno do dia muito muito mal preparada… a recepcionista do turno noturno foi muito gentil e preparada quando soube da situação pediu desculpas e orientou que eu poderia sim ter pago o adicional ou se minha irmã não demorasse no banho poderia ter tomado banho de cortesia…

Check in super demorado. Não tinha ninguém pra ajudar com as malas. Estávamos com duas crianças, sendo uma de 1 ano. Ficamos 2 horas aguardando a atendendo preencher ficha. Em seguida nos mandou pro quarto errado. Após a troca sentei na cama com o bebê pra trocar fralda a cama estava quebrada e caímos no chão! Péssimo pior lugar da vida

Hotel 1 estrela. Pode ter sido melhor no passado, mas atualmente não tem nenhuma conservação. A piscina estava limpa e o café da manhã bom. Mas, a conservação do prédio, rouparia, e móveis não existe.
