「My family checked in on a Thursday night. I didn’t receive the code to get into the gate. We had to wait until someone let us in. When we got inside the place was dirty and hot. There was no guide book and we needed a PIN number to adjust the thermostat. I sent messages and called, I didn’t get a response. My family slept on our towels because the blankets were filthy.
