“First off, our host Mike was amazing! Quickly responded to questions, was helpful, and was accurate in his communication. The property was just right for what we were there for - golf! Couldn't have picked a better location, as it was steps away (carrying our golf bags) to a walk gate leading you right into PGA West's Clubhouse parking lot (Nicklaus Tournament and Dye Stadium). AMAZING! Amenities were plentiful - service for 12!! e-Bikes in the garage were a pleasant surprise. Shared……

“Everything about this place made it the best weekend ever. The property manager made the initial process of getting into the place as seamless as possible, allowing me to order ahead groceries to be delivered before we got there. The place is as described - absolute massive grounds with plenty of activities to keep us busy the entire time, without ever feeling the need to leave. Would 1000% come back.”

“Property was as expected and pictured in the listing. The manager was very prompt in resolving a couple minor issues and questions about the property. Two things to note that didn't really impact us: 1) The master bedroom closet is locked and is effectively the owner's closet. This means no hanging closet space in the master. Not a massive deal since it was just two of us, but an inconvenience. There was also not a hanger in the entire house, but I get the feeling that previous renters may have……

“Nice family house great fun refrigerator had issues but I’m sure they’ll fix that needs interior painting carpets cleaned if they do that it’s a perfect place for the family to enjoy the desert would love to rent again if they have a painter touch up the interior walls oh wait put a new outside front door chessy beat up The host was on it …its a 10”

“WOW! Incredible estate. Very family friendly. Pool, hot tub, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, golf, soccer, biking, weight lifting,... All on the property. Management was very responsive to any questions. Easy five stars!”

“The air condidtioning did not work properly and there were not screens on windows nor did the fan work in the bunkroom. We were able to get the air fixed but unable to get fan working or screens on the windows. The outdoor "kitchen" was not as advertised. The refrigerator on the island was broken and filthy inside. We had to call for several maintaince issues for things to be fixed and cleaned. The view is incredible, however, I would not return to this property. Overall the condition of……
