“Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Interiors and exteriors need to be ungraded and/or repaired. Window screen was missing but helpful maintenance staff put up a temporary screen. Paid for a deluxe room but it did not have a separate bedroom as advertised. Staff said that amenity was on a "first come, first served" basis - what does that even mean? Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is 100 years old so the walls and floors are thin. It was not a problem for us since we stayed one night but for and extended stay it would be something to consider.”

“The Crandall is an old building, without elevator access. Our room was booked for two guests. There was only 1 bath towel, and no washcloths, other than the black one for makeup removal. We were there for three nights. At no time was there a chambermaid checking our room to empty garbage or replace toilet paper. Since no spare roll was supplied, I had to request a roll when we went across the road for breakfast. Our keys did NOT lock the deadbolt from the outside. The room was quiet. There was……

“Nice lodgings in a great location, this is an older property and the rooms are smaller but more than adequate. The location is perfect a short walk into town but also nice and quiet. The warm muffins and jam for breakfast are a great way to start the day.”
