"The bed was decent but that was about the only good thing this room had going for it, oh that, and the fact that it was relatively inexpensive but I guess you get what you pay for. There was no heat in the room. The door to the room, which opens to the outside on the ground floor, had an inch and a half gap between it and the sill. The room has been very poorly upgraded over the years, lacking proper lighting and poor receptacle placement and an overall cheap finish. I was one of only 4 guests in the entire hotel that night (two of the vehicles parked in front of other rooms had obviously been sitting there for some time and both had flat tires) and some guests that arrived well after myself were given the room directly above mine. Of all the available rooms to choose from they decided to put them above me in a room the has very poor sound proofing and creaky floors. We might as well have been sharing a room and could have brought our respective cost down to what these rooms are actually worth."
