“Staff were friendly and apartments are spacious. However, if you end up by the elevator you will literally hear the elevator through the walls. Also prepare to get no sleep because of the consistent traffic. The couch was peeling and leaving specks of it all over our clothes so we had to cover it with a sheet. The throw pillows and blankets were so dirty and had an odor. Outside of those things it is a nice place to stay if you are not looking for amenities, windows or tvs in the bedrooms.”

“Between the first train car suite and the second, neither looked like the photos and both were in very poor repair. The first had a sunken bed that weighed as much as a collapsed star, dirty couch, bulging ceiling, and musty air. The second had a broken AC system and similarly dingy floor to ceiling. We ultimately moved into the main building at midnight, well after our patience had evaporated and hopes for a magical train stay had departed. Luckily the front desk was helpful in swapping and……

“There was a pool at the rooftop bar that was only about 2 feet deep 10 feet long. There was no microwave in the rooms and there was no coffee pot in the rooms. You had to get dressed and go down to a coffee shop in the lobby and pay to get a cup of coffee. No water or nothing available in the empty fridge. For $258 a night, I expected a little more. Was close to downtown and everything was walkable which was a plus. Can only do their valet parking there which you need because there's not hardly……

“Easy valet parking; fruendky, welcoming staff, great brunch menu and the food was delicious. The chef made delicious omelets, avocado toast (the poached egg on top was absolutely perfect), and the lemon ricotta pancakes were fluffy, moist and scrumptious. We had a very nice room with good views of the mountains. We liked the bath products. The Kuerig coffee service in the room was very nice, as was the complimentary bottles of water. Great value. We rate this hotel 5 out of 5 stars.”

“The midcentury modern decor of this boutique property is delightful and unique. The room was spacious and clean along with being well stocked. The bartender was very helpful in learning about the area and good company when the area was empty. ”

“My husband & I were pleasantly surprised with this friendly and helpful hotel. The staff was efficient and able to help with any questions we had. We arrived on the last day of Ironman, with bicycles taking precedence over people… it was all handled beautifully. We totally enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast menu, with a shoutout to Katie, who absolutely goes overboard to make sure everyone gets what they want! She is a gem!! Also, we spent time at the lobby bar after a day out… and Lindsey……

Will definitely do a return visit. Thank you so much for taking care of us. The only thing I would change is the miss communication on the website and Expedia about the parking.”
