“We had a one bedroom suite with plenty of room and I especially appreciated the clean scent as if the floors were just mopped with Fabuloso or Pinesol instead of the usual hotel scent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only opportunity is valet parking. We had to wait entirely too long and not because the young men weren't working. They were running. The system just doesn't flow well. That said, I liked the property and our room. I would stay here again.”

“Breakfast was amazing and free. One of my favorites. Had an omelete on one day and avocado toast the next. Depends on the day and chef special. Free selection of drinks from the bar, with token, from 5-630. My girls loved the shirley temples. I really enjoyed the stay with exception of the room temp. It was set at 68, felt way hotter, they do not let it go lower even if you change it. We requested a fan. Do not valet on busy days. We went on the 4th of July weekend. We had a 40 minute wait to……

“The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!!”

“This is a unique and lovely property. The staff is extremely friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We loved our room the orient. The breakfast was simple but tasty.”

“We stayed on the 10th floor. Everything was excellent except the noise level from the streets below. No fault of the hotel or staff themselves but quite noisy. Of course it also was a holiday weekend. The staff was awesome and clean rooms with tidying up daily. Everyone was always friendly. The valets were always friendly but when we picked up our vehicle the last day, it was evident that the controls were messed with in the vehicle and that was not necessary. Other than those two very minor……

“I told a used pad wrapper in the room on the floor, the power went out outside where we valet park and it was pitch black and scary, and our tv didn’t work. For $194 a night, it wasn’t worth it AT ALL”

“Nice hotel.Clean. Closest hotel to the river is a big plus. Parking is a nightmare because garage is separated from the hotel. It's a weird setup.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this convenient, well-priced hotel right in downtown Chattanooga. The rooms were clean and staff was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the Downtowner restaurant and bar which is attached to the hotel. Jody and Coventry were so friendly and helpful, and they even had a fun bucket ball game that my daughters (10 and 8) absolutely loved! The only one small negative is that the beds are only full-sized so are a small for 2 people. Other that that, it was a wonderful stay and……

“The room was not super clean and the floor was sticky. The bed was pretty firm. The hallway to the room and tile by the elevators were also dirty. The parking lot, that you have to pay for, does not seem to have enough spots for all the guests. However, the location was pretty great, the city view was decent, and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly as well.”
