“I love the layout. However, I would’ve picked a different hotel based on the parking inconvenience. They don’t offer a space for you to unload your luggage and you had to drag it to the garage.”

“Such a cool hotel which was perfect for our trip to Chattanooga. The staffing was awesome the views from our room were amazing. It was walkable to pretty much everything we needed and we only had to take a couple of short drives.”

“The vibe of this place was really cool. Bartender Jonathan was awesome too. They have a rotating signature drink menu that fits the hotel or bar theme. Its really a unique stay. The breakfast is good and the dinning area is beautiful. Something definitely out of the usual stop through the South. The Hotel is 100+ years old but doesnt show the wear of the old historic look other building do. We will certainly be back.”

“Great place for families. The heated indoor/outdoor pool was wonderful, and the location is right across from the kids' museum and right down the street from the aquarium. Good breakfasts. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“The staff here is amazing and beyond helpful. When the A/C was making a loud noise, they graciously moved us to another room. I love having a Starbucks inside the hotel. Convenient location for highway access.”

“At first look the property seemed to be updated and clean, but once we got to our floor that impression changed quickly. The hall smelled musty and the carpets were stained. Once in the room, it carried the same theme. The room was musty and humid, the carpet was sticky, the bathroom was not the cleanest, empty body wash bottle (something you don't want to discover mid shower), and we couldn't even get proper bedding for the pull out sofa where my daughter slept. We had to request a blanket and……

“The staff was excellent and the Hotel is located within most of the popular restaurants and entertainment in the downtown area. The Hotel is being renovated right now, but is expected to be completed by August. Even with the construction going on now the Hotel was still very clean and accommodating.”
