The place itself was nice and cosy, the house is really beautiful.

It is located in a very calm neighborhood and convenient location from which you can easily reach the biggest attractions of the island. The host was attentive. Keep in mind extra costs (electricity and heating) that aren’t negligible, especially during cold months.

Villa in nice quite location, AC did not work in One bed room, beware of electrical cost very high. Pool pump tripped the electrical circuit, pool turned green

Wir hatten eine super Woche in der Finca. Perfekte Unterkunft für 3 Paare und super Ausgangspunkt für Rennvelotouren (auch wenn die Straße vor dem Haus nicht ganz so topp ist). Der Host ist super freundlich & steht jederzeit bei Fragen oder Problemen zu Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und es funktioniert alles sehr gut. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und die Außenküche ist im Sommer bestimmt toll. Die Lage am Rand von Inca ist perfekt für Ausflüge in den Nordosten und die Mitte der Insel sowie nach Palma.

Esta finca es un sitio de encanto. Hemos estado la segunda vez y vamos a repetir, no me puedo imaginar quedarme en otro sitio estando en Mallorca. Todos los detalles dentro y también en el jardín muestran que los dueños de esta casa preciosa cuidan todo con mucho amor. Pueden estar muy orgullosos - un sitio tan bonito, tranquilo y con todo lo que se necesita para pasar los días en paz y con mucha alegría. Ojala podemos volver muy pronto - ha sido un gran placer. Mooi en zeer compleet huis, ideaal voor een relaxte vakantie op Mallorca!

Het huis was prachtig, mooi zwembad, zeer complete keukeninrichting, wasmachine etc. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig! Huis was wat lastig te vinden. Super aardige eigenaar die ons stond op te wachten. De kookplaat en afzuigkap bleken niet te werken, binnen een half uur was de eigenaar er om te helpen. Helaas kon het niet direct opgelost worden, maar kregen we tijdelijk een klein elektrisch kookplaatje. Na een paar dagen kwam er een nieuwe inductieplaat in! Supermarkt is 5 minuten rijden, dus ideaal om ‘s ochtends even vers brood te halen. Auto is wel noodzakelijk! Rustige omgeving, locatie midden op het eiland ideaal als je veel wilt zien! 1 slaapkamer/badkamer zijn in apart gebouwtje, helaas is daar de WiFi verbinding slecht. We misten een infomap met informatie over bediening tv, WiFi code (die klopte niet met wat op papier stond, dus zoon heeft code gevonden achter op de router), afval wegbrengen etc.

We had 3 wonderful weeks in this home and did not want to leave. It is perfect! Super clean, quiet and comfortable. The heating was working perfectly even though we did not need it too much thanks to a relatively warm winter. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. I hope to come back in summer one day to enjoy the pool and the great outdoor kitchen! Muchas gracias por todo!
