What an amazing time we had at the Villa! Stunning place with beautiful rustic charm and a great pool and grounds. The bathrooms have recently been renovated and the bedrooms have a lovely rustic, old school appeal. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering great outdoor BBQ and the major supermarkets are only a 5min drive away. Great driving distance to all of the island too. The host was fantastic, very quick to sort out minor issues and made sure our stay wasn't affected, great communication in English and Spanish. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Stunning rural villa on the outskirts of Inca. Check in was straight forward, we met Araceli at the property who gave us all the information we needed for our stay. We visited as a family of 10, including 3 children and there was plenty of space for us all to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet when needed. The pool is big, the pool area is nice with plenty of sun loungers and well kept grounds. Really nice BBQ area on the terrace out the back of the kitchen with a large seating area, the kitchen is huge with an indoor dining table and includes all appliances you will need, apart from a kettle but we just boiled the water in a pan. We had one small problem one day with the electricity, the host was very efficient and this was resolved quickly. Inca town centre is around a 40 minute walk or a short drive, we managed to get taxis a couple of evenings. 3 renovated bathrooms including showers and 1 renovated toilet room. No AC however fans were provided and with the windows open overnight and the fans blowing, we didn’t find this a big deal. All in all it was absolutely beautiful and we had a fantastic time at this wonderful property! Thank you

Cycling holiday Mallorca

We had a verily nice stay. Very bog and clean house with 14 places to sleep for adults. Nice sitting area next to the BBQ. Swimming pool is also very nice and big. The only thing that you maybe miss if it is very hot inside is airco, but that's all. For the rest it is a very nice place to stay and we would definitely recommend the place.

Hochzeit im Paradies

Es war super schön.Die Umgebung und die Villa (Herrenhaus) waren ein Traum.Der riesige Pool und der wunderschöne angelegte Garten. Die Küche war super toll eingerichtet. Von Kaffeelöffel bis zum Kochtopf war alles vorhanden. Selbst Backformen gab es. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft 100% weiter und würden immer wieder kommen. Auch war der Ansprechpartner sofort zu erreichen.Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, aber mit dem Auto war man in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt und allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Fantastic Finca for large groups

The Finca is amazing, charming and big. We stayed five families with children and it was perfect for us. The house is made of stone and is silent when children are screaming and people are taking a nap for example. The garden and pool is beautiful and big. We would very much like to come back!

Finca très spacieuse dans un cadre magnifique

Belle propriété dans un parc magnifique doté d une belle et très grande piscine. Propriétaire très sympathique. La finca est dans la campagne proche d Inca, entourée de champs, verger, et moutons. Voitures obligatoires pour visiter l île. Nous étions 15 personnes + 1 chien. L’intérieur est très spacieux, un peu vieillissant, mais propre. Manquent une grande cafetière et une bouilloire dans la cuisine qui est par ailleurs bien équipée en vaisselle. Nous y étions en août pendant les fortes chaleurs. La température dans la finca était vraiment très élevée et les nuits, notamment à l étage, ont été très compliquées du fait de la chaleur. Il y a de petits ventilateurs (certains trop peu efficaces) mais c est insuffisant compte tenu de la chaleur. Au delà de 14 personnes, il y a une chambre dortoir annexe en extérieur dans laquelle on n a pas pu dormir tellement il y faisait chaud. On a donc déplacé un matelas pour le mettre au RDC de la finca. (Pour les personnes ayant des enfants en bas âge : la piscine ne bénéficie pas de protection (alarme ou bâche) mais est éloignée de la maison. Il y a de nombreuses marches, escaliers dans la maison et sur la terrasse à l’est… Il y a également une petite marre dans le jardin, non protégée). L île de Majorque est magnifique avec encore de très beaux coins sauvages et préservés. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et remercions les propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux!

Really lovely finca on the countryside 2min from Inca

Really lovely place with a big garden which is keep in great conditions by the gardener. We were a group of 12 guys and stayed for one week in June 2019. Most of the time we were hanging out at the big pool. In the evening we tried our cooking skills in the kitchen and on the barbecue places always switching the places where we had breakfast and dinner cause of the many tables around the finca. Checkin and Check out were totally easy. Got a whatsapp contact for any problems (which didnt occur). For Shopping take the car to the big Shops in Inca 3 minutes aways from the Finca. Also great to go everywhere due to the main road passing by Inca. The Finca is perfect for any Kind of Group or big Family who likes to have a great time with themselves without any dirsturbance from outside. And if you Need distraction you just hit the road or take a cab to Palma, the mountains or Alcudia. Really enjoyed hanging out there :-)

Super Finca für ein paar ruhige Tage

Wir waren für 5 Tage mit einer Gruppe von 15 Personen in der Finca und man kann nur eins sagen: wow. Der Garten ist super gepflegt und es wird sich täglich darum gekümmert. Die Finca ist super schön und sieht genau wie auf den Bildern aus. Die Badezimmer sind zwar nicht ganz auf dem neusten Stand aber das stört nicht weiter, da der Rest der Finca einfach nur begeistert. Check-In und Check-Out waren super einfach und die Vermieter richtig freundlich. Die Finca würde ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Tolles großes Haus, Garten, Pool mit einigen Kleinigkeiten, um die sich die Vermieter immer sofort gekümmert haben. Ich würde das Haus genauso wieder buchen :-)

Sehr große Finca mit schönem Anwesen.

Wir hatten die Finca für ein Team Offsite gebucht. Die Vielzahl der Zimmer und Badezimmer war super für uns. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausstattung in der Küche etwas spärlich. Sonst war es super!

perfect hideaway

We were a group of eleven guys and had a really good time in the finca. The house is well equipped and everything is in a proper shape. The garden and the pool are also in perfect conditions - 5 Stars. I highly recommend it.

Lovely place, lots of space!

The place is beautiful and perfect for a large group. I would give 5 stars if the gardener hadn't had a loud machine running for hours, and the house had been aired out before our arrival.

Großzügiges Anwesen abseits vom Trubel

Dieses Feriendomizil ist nicht eine einfache Finca. Auf einem großzügigen Gelände befindet sich ein Herrenhaus mit Nebengebäuden und ein herrlicher Garten in ruhiger Lage. Das Haus bietet für 16 Personen genügend Platz. Es fehlt an nichts, wenn doch, ist der Kontakt zu Ivan kein Problem. Wir waren mit 12 Kollegen dort und hatten alle viel Spass. Der riesige Pool befindet sich etwas abseits in meist sonniger Lage mit herrlicher Weitsicht. Leider ist der drahtlose DSL-Zugang schwach, aber man hat ja Urlaub. Wir können diesen Ort auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Kompliment an José, der den Garten voll im Griff hat. Vielen Dank an Ivan und Salvador

Finca mit traumhaft schönem Garten

Wir haben hier eine Woche mit 16 Personen (8 Erwachsene und 8 Kinder) verbracht. Der große Garten ist sehr gepflegt (der Gärtner kam fast täglich) und der Pool ist riesig und hat sogar ein Sprungbrett. Leider hatten sich bereits diverse Bodenfliesen gelöst, so dass sich zwei der Kinder sogar leichte Schnittverletzungen zuzogen. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz und an einem regnerischen Abend nutzen wir den hübschen großen 'Speisesaal''. Leider ist das Haus aber auch schon ziemlich 'in die Jahre gekommen'. Einige der Zimmer könnten durchaus einen frischen Anstrich vertragen. Handtücher waren z.T. zerrissen. Bei der Personenanzahl wären ein paar Handtücher mehr -insbesondere auch Geschirrtücher- angenehm gewesen. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber wohl gefühlt und eine tolle Zeit verbracht.

sehr schöne, geräumige Finca für größere Gesellschaft

Die Finca liegt idyllisch und ruhig in einem großen Pinien- und Zitrushain. Sie hat einen recht großen Pool, der in einem schönen Garten liegt. Durch die nahe gelegene Autobahn gelangt man schnell nach Palma und in alle Ecken der Insel.

Abgelegen, viel Platz, unkomplizierte Verwaltung

Die Inca verfügt über ein riesiges Gelände mit einem wunderschönen Garten, von José liebevoll gepflegt. Der Pool ist groß und tief. Insgesamt gibt es sehr viel Platz , ausreichend Stühle, Tische und Liegen. Die Möbel und Bäder dürften gerne verbessert werden. Dennoch hatten wir, eine Gruppe von 13 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern einen superschönen Aufenthalt!!

Perfekt für den Gruppenurlaub

Es waren sehr schöne Tage. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 17 Personen dort, es ist alle ausreichend vorhanden, von Handtüchern über Geschirr und Gläsern bis zu den Poolliegen. Wunderschöne Gartenanlage, herrschaftliches Anwesen. Nur die Bäder bedarfen dringend einer Renovierung, auch sind drei Bäder mit Warmwasser eine Herausforderung für 17 Personen, aber das hat uns nicht gestört

Traumhaft

Wir hatten mit Freunden und Familien ein paar traumhafte Tage. Die Finca entspricht genau den Bildern und hat uns vor Ort noch einmal so richtig geflasht. Die Betreuung vor Ort und auch vorher, war einwandfrei, nett und sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank nochmal an Ivan, dass du uns die Möglichkeit gegeben hast, eine schöne Zeit auf deinem Anwesen verbringen zu können.
