The shared swimming pool, which is chlorinated and measures 11 x 7 metres and has a depth of between 1 and 2.5 metres, is the main feature of the communal outdoor areas. The agritourism has other outdoor leisure areas where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside surrounded by nature. The garden next to the swimming pool, the furnished porch next to the property where you can share quality moments with your loved ones, the beautiful paths around the house will take you to another time to rest and disconnect. The property is fenced and you will be able to find more guests in the farmhouse.
You and your family will have the opportunity to stay in a unique house. It has 80 m2 on two floors full of antique and unique details but with all the modern comforts. A large space at the entrance is shared by the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. You can relax on one of the comfortable sofas while watching satellite TV. The dining table seats 6 people and is located right next to the kitchen bar. The kitchen has the basic equipment for cooking during your holiday, such as a gas cooker, microwave and electric coffee machine. The two bedrooms, with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower, are located on the first floor. Both offer wardrobe and air-conditioning. The extra bed sleeps in a single folding bed.
Inca is a beautiful town in the centre of the island of Mallorca. Its location makes it the perfect starting point for excursions to get to know the whole island. In the city you will find all the services for an independent stay such as supermarkets and shops. It is known as the city of leather as many Majorcan leather brands are located here. On Thursdays you can visit the weekly market that spreads all over the centre to end up eating in one of its famous celler and taste the excellent Mallorcan cuisine. From Inca you can go to the beach in the north, to the city of Palma in the south, to visit the monastery of LLuc in the heart of the Tramuntana mountains,.... Undoubtedly the perfect place for those who are not only looking for sun and beach.
Swimming pool opening hours are from 8h to 20:30h. Open all year round.
For the use of the laundry you have to contact the staff of the agritourism.

Guests are kindly required to dispose of all rubbish and ensure the property is properly tidied before departure. Should this not be the case, a charge of €90 will be deducted from the security deposit.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
