Villa 'Granja' with Mountain View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

  • In this country house near Inca 8 persons can spend their vacations, enjoy the rural environment and private pool.

    The 9x4m pool with a depth of 1 - 2m is however the protagonist of the outdoor areas. It is kept clean with chlorine and has child protection. On the pool terrace there are up to 8 sun loungers to enjoy the sun next to a lawn area where the children can play. Under the porch you will find a table for outdoor meals and right next to it a fixed barbecue.



    The 170m2 of the house are spread over 2 floors. On the first floor you enter the living - dining room, furnished in a rustic and functional style. In the colder months you can heat the living room with a wood stove. Sit down for a while to watch TV via satellite or gather your family and friends at the dining table for 6 people. From the dining room you access the kitchen equipped with ceramic hob and all the utensils you need to prepare your favorite dishes. The kitchen has access to the terrace. It has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. One of the 4 bedrooms is located on this floor and is furnished with a double bed and closet. A bathroom with bathtub completes the first floor.



    Going up to the second floor you reach a second living room for reading or hanging out with friends and the remaining 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are furnished with 1 double bed each, the 4th bedroom has 2 single beds, all have a closet, fan and electric radiator. A bathroom with shower serves this floor. If needed we can prepare a crib and high chair for your baby.

We have stayed in dozens of VRBO properties over the years, and unfortunately this was our first disappointing experience.The host required an in-person check-in at a specific time on the property, which was challenging while traveling. A 300 security deposit was required, but it was not clear in advance that the deposit needed to be provided in cash. We initially paid through an app, but there was confusion regarding receipt of the payment, and we were ultimately asked to provide the deposit in cash. During our stay, the host and family members were frequently present on the property. While this may not bother all guests, it reduced the sense of privacy we were expecting and made it difficult at times to fully relax.The property itself is beautiful, and the location is excellent. The surrounding area offers great hiking opportunities, and both Inca and the nearby village have a wonderful atmosphere with several enjoyable restaurants.There were, however, some issues with the listing and amenities. We did find the advertised Mountain View shirt of the marketing, there was an ongoing ant problem in the kitchen, no welcome guide or house manual was provided, and the Wi-Fi was extremely slow during our stay.This property has significant potential given the quality of the house and location, but several operational and guest-experience issues need attention. While we enjoyed the area, we would not choose to stay with this host again based on our experience.

God pris i højsæsonen

Pros: Fint hus med gode værelser med ventilation ovenpå. Ikke ventilation i stueetagen. 1 værelse nedenunder og 3 ovenpå. Der bliver meget varmt i huset, og det kan ikke køles ned. Men selve huset er fint og meget rent. God terrasse med stort bord, 8 stole og udendørs kulgrill. Poolen er ikke kæmpe stor, men er ok. Vandet har en perfekt temperatur i juli og vanddybden er god til børn. Der er brede trapper ned og det bliver dybere og dybere. Et barn på 5 år kan bunde i ca. 1/3 af poolen og et barn på 8 år i halvdelen. Der er ingen badedyr, baderinge el.lign. til rådighed, men der er 8 liggestole. Håret bliver meget fedtet og stift af at bade i vandet, men det mærkes ikke, når man er i vandet. De fleste skabe og skuffer mv. er tomme, og der mangler generelt en del udstyr i køkkenet. F.eks. skåle til salater mv., fade og rist til ovnen, opvaskebørste, skraldeposer. Der er en stavblender og mikroovn og et stort køleskab + frys. Cons: Der kunne med fordel være en velkomstbrochure på tysk og engelsk, der bl.a. indeholder WiFi-kode, oplysninger og affaldssortering og -tømning. Værten kom fredag formiddag og hentede skrald. Ejerne, en mand og en kvinde, kan spansk og måske lidt fransk. Manden kan meget lidt engelsk, og kvinden kan ikke engelsk. De er venlige og imødekommende og ordnede straks ting, vi henvendte os om. Boligen ligger tæt på Inca, og der er ikke så fredeligt som vi kunne have ønsket. Der blev holdt dyr som får, kalkun, høns og en hane, der galede kl. 6 om morgenen. Ejerne var dagligt forbi for at tilse dyrene. Trappen er åben og er ikke egnet til småbørn. Der kunne med fordel sættes et gelænder op. Bemærk, der er vaskemaskine, men ikke opvaskemaskine. Vi kunne godt bruge flere klemmer til tørresnoren, da det heldigvis luftede lidt. Brødriseren giver stød, så pas på. Vi betalte depositum via bankoverførsel og fik 3-4dage efter hjemrejse beløbet retur samme vej.Beløbet kan også betales kontant
